Dr Anthony Burneikis

Dr Anthony Burneikis is a leading Orthopaedic surgeon who specialises in shoulder and knee surgery.

He was educated in Sydney, completing his medical degree with honours at the University of New South Wales.

Following resident medical officer experience, Dr Burneikis trained in Orthopaedic surgery through the Australian Orthopaedic training program in Sydney.

On completion of his orthopaedic training, Dr Burneikis obtained his fellowship with the Royal Australian College of Surgeons in 2002.

In 2003, Dr Burneikis worked at the Royal National Orthopaedic Hospital in London, England as the Commonwealth Fellow, gaining subspecialty expertise in surgery of the knee and shoulder surgery.

Dr Burneikis brought his expertise to the local Central Coast Orthopaedics practice upon his return to Australia in 2004. He is passionate about providing the best quality orthopaedic care for his patients.
